Belgian Paragliding Open 2018
Dear Pilot,
After an epic competition in Le Grand-Bornand in 2017, the Belgian Paragliding Federation is proud to present you the new BPO 2018!
The Belgian Paragliding Open 2018 will take place from 30 June till 7 July in a beautiful region of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in Southeast France: Saint-Jean-Montclar. In the past years, the place has already proven to be very successful for paragliding competitions. The views when flying around are also breath-taking, the stories of people flying until dusk are real…
People who wants to start their summer holidays can bring their family and friends, there are plenty of activities around Saint-Jean-Montclar and the Serre-Ponçon lake.
The recipe that made the previous BPO editions so successful have not changed: challenging but doable tasks during the day, conviviality with some beertastings and food in the evenings.
We invite you to take a look at airtribune.com/bpo2018 where you will find all the details on the competition itself and where you can subscribe from Saturday 6 January 11AM. Last year we were full in a few hours so be there or be square, being quick is the only sure fire way to get in. You can already create an account on the web site.
The week before the BPO2018, our partner Cat 2 competition takes place in Saint-Jean-Montcar: the Naviter Open www.airtribune.com/naviteropen2018 . While the main list may be full, being in the waiting list is the only way to get in when places are released.
Looking forward to meet you in Saint-Jean-Montclar,
Belgian Paragliding Federation
